Bibingka Espesyal


Ingredients: Rice Flour, Flour, Coconut Milk, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Salt, Cheese, Salted Duck Egg, Coconut Shreds

This is our version of Bibingka Espesyal, a rice cake normally eaten for breakfast especially during the Christmas season. This traditional treat is made with rice flour, cheese, shredded coconut and topped with salted duck egg baked in a bed of banana leaf.
