Pepperoni and Cheese Croissant


To simply put, a Pizza Croissant but more cheesy, spicy and buttery.  Double-baked. Typically made with medium spicy salami but a milder version is available! (Please advise in the note section if you want a milder version)

Ingredients: Bread Flour, Butter, Water, Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Egg, Gypsy Salami, Mozzarella.
