Bibingka Espesyal

Our famous 8 inch bibingka espesyal is back! Our rice cake is normally eaten for breakfast, especially during the Christmas season. This traditional treat is made with rice flour, cheese, shredded coconut and topped with salted duck egg baked in a bed of banana leaves.
