Thank you for shopping with Leavenly Goods! We strive to ensure every order is baked with love and care. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. 

Refunds

Please contact us within the day of receiving your order and Contact Us with a clear description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Orders not claimed or picked up on time

Workshop Cancellations

We understand that life happens! However, because we purchase fresh ingredients and prepare laminated dough days in advance for each student, we have a strict cancellation policy for our baking workshops:

• 7+ Days Notice: If you cancel 7 days or more before the scheduled class time, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $30 per person registered.

• Less Than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable as your station and ingredients have already been prepped.
